Er! Seems to be a bit of a gap here, like 2004 did not exist somehow! That just doesn’t make sense, you can’t just miss out a whole year, can you? Maybe it fell into a black hole? Sounds reasonable? After carefully considering all other possibilities, that does seem to be the most likely explanation, are we all agreed? This could, of course, change at any time in the event of new information coming to light. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to send them in?
